getAHEAD is an after-school/summer program targeting children at-risk for not graduating from high school. We believe children learn best through relationships so the most important aspect of our program is the staff and volunteers we use. Whether we’re doing unit studies, teaching life skills, or pairing students with quality mentors for homework help, everything is meant to build academic and social confidence, to create excitement about learning, to address areas of individual weakness, and to make sure each child can read and is being read with. We create individualized plans for children and provide customized opportunities (music lessons, sports training, field trips, etc) as rewards. Our goal is to build relationships with kids that help them academically and that open the door to the Gospel in their lives and homes.

Kids will also have the opportunity to participate in field trips throughout the summer.
